Civil: Deputies assigned to this division are responsible for carrying out the Sheriff's responsibility for executing all processes, writs, precepts and orders issued or made by lawful authority.
Warrants: Deputies assigned to this division are responsible for carrying out the Sheriff's responsibility for executing all processes, writs, precepts and orders issued or made by lawful authority.
Foreclosure: Mortgage foreclosures are legal actions taken to foreclose upon real estate, as opposed to personal property. These are covered by Minnesota Statutes Chapters 580, 581 and 582.
