The Fraud Prevention Investigation Program goal is to reduce or prevent fraud before it happens. This is accomplished by:
* Increasing eligibility specialist awareness of potentially fraudelent cases
* Identifying overpayments
* Increased compliance with voluntary reporting
* Increased public confidence
* Impacting cases not otherwise investigated

Please Report People Who:
* Lie about their income
* Incorrectly report or fail to report the people living in their home
* Misuse food support benefits or EBT cards
* Falsify information on an application
* Lie about their property and assets
* Receive benefits from more than one state
* Lie about where they live

All calls are anonymous and all calls of suspected welfare fraud will be investigated.
