John J. Muhar - Itasca County Attorney

 

The Itasca County Attorney serves as the chief prosecutor of all felony and juvenile crimes as well as misdemeanor crimes committed outside the boundaries of municipalities within Itasca County.  The County Attorney is also responsible for providing legal counsel to the Itasca County Board of Commissioners and all departments of county government,  as well as representing the county government in civil law suits, child support matters, and child protection actions.
