FROM: Amanda Schultz, Deputy Clerk of the County Board SUBJECT: Schedule of 2010 County Board Meetings and ‘Request for Board Action’ (RBA) Due Dates At their November 24, 2009, County Board meeting, the Itasca County Board of Commissioners set the Year 2010 Itasca County Board of Commissioner meetings as delineated below. Included with this memo is general information about submitting Request for Board Action (RBA) forms as well as the instructions for completing the RBA form. Reminder - RBAs and supporting documentation are to be submitted to the Deputy Clerk of the County Board electronically, in the prescribed format by 12:00 noon on the Wednesday prior to the County Board meeting. Please make sure Presenter, Estimated Time, Board Action Requested, Background, Distribution/Date, and Recommended for Consent Agenda areas are filled in as well as the Administrative/TLM Division Recommendation if the issue was on the agenda of either of the Divisions. Organizational Meeting The Year 2010 Organizational Meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 5, 2010, at 3:00 p.m. pursuant to M.S. 375.07. The RBA’s for this meeting are due Wednesday, December 30, 2009, at 12:00 noon. Regularly Scheduled Meetings Regular meetings are scheduled for 3:00 P.M., on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month, except in December. The Regular Meeting dates for the Year 2010 and the due dates for RBA's for these Regular Meetings are as follows:
