Administrative Services Department... The mission of the Administrative Services Department is to serve the Itasca County Board and the citizens of the County and to facilitate and provide services to other departments. The Administrative Services Department acts as the administrative arm of the Board and provides services in human resources administration. The underlying value in human resource administration is the provision of equal opportunity in employment and in the provision of services in Itasca County.
